Course Name: Certificate in Project Management  
 
 
The project management program aims to develop the required skills and knowledge to handle today’s business challenges. Primarily to understand the process of identifying appropriate and feasible projects, and to be able to initiate and start a project.

Equally to be able to manage, monitor and control a project, including assessing, managing and controlling project risks and issues, project and team management and change management. And also to be able to evaluate the success or failure of a project.

Managing conflicts is one of the key ingredients of this program where one understands the role of Project Manager in managing team and stakeholders, setting schedule, budget and timing, developing the project plan, managing project risks, interfaces with other projects etc.

All the modules taught are at level 6 and above

Suitable for:
  • Students aspiring career in management OR
  • Currently working in a management role and looking to enhance skills and knowledge to take more challenging position within the organisation OR
  • Potential management students or students from other backgrounds who wish to develop project management skills.
Entry requirement:
  • Possesses a minimum of IELTS 5.0 or equivalent level of English language ability
  • Previous qualification: Desirably holds an undergraduate degree or minimum 2-3 years of field experience
  • Students who do not meet the English language requirement could be provided additional English language support sessions
